How to Beat The Hollow on Roblox: Maze Floors, Relics and Rewards
How to beat The Hollow on Roblox: reach the hub elevator, find puzzle pieces, solve the relic room, survive the monster, and claim each night's badge and UGC.
To beat The Hollow on Roblox, you clear one maze floor per night: take the elevator in the event hub to that night’s floor, collect the puzzle pieces or solve the room’s puzzle while a horror monster hunts you, grab the Night Relic, and get back to the elevator alive. Each cleared floor pays out a badge and a UGC accessory, and separate quests inside the featured horror games earn Tickets you can spend in the hub.
Below is how the event is structured, a step-by-step for the floors that are documented so far, and the survival tips that make the biggest difference. Details are as of October 23-24, 2026; this is a live event and floors, rewards and even puzzle layouts may change.
What The Hollow is and how long it runs
The Hollow is Roblox’s platform-wide Halloween survival event, announced in the Roblox Newsroom on October 21, 2026. Coverage of that announcement gives these key dates:
| Milestone | Date and time (Pacific) |
|---|---|
| Hub opens (Roblox Plus early access) | October 22, noon |
| Hub opens for everyone | October 22, 2 p.m. |
| Live finale | October 31 (exact hour not confirmed) |
| Last chance to claim rewards | November 2, noon |
The event is built around nine horror experiences over nine nights, each with a featured monster. Reported games include DOORS, 99 Nights in the Forest, Dandy’s World, Piggy, Scary Shawarma Kiosk, Animal Hospital, Demonology, The Mimic and Warden. Be aware that the lineup reporting isn’t perfectly consistent: some guides also cover quests in other games such as Flee the Facility, and sources disagree about which monster belongs to which night. Treat any night-by-night schedule you see online as provisional.
How a night works
Every night follows the same loop:
- Enter The Hollow hub experience on Roblox.
- Take the elevator to the floor that unlocked that night.
- Complete the floor’s objective (collect pieces, solve the puzzle) while avoiding the monster.
- Claim the Night Relic and return to the elevator or lobby.
- Collect your badge and UGC item, then do the featured game’s quest for Tickets.
Sportskeeda notes that Tickets are spent in the hub and that some badges are marked as redeemable for Tickets. Ticket amounts vary by quest, and sources report different numbers (for example, TechWiser lists 10 Tickets for the Flee the Facility quest, while other guides mention 20 for a daily quest), so check the in-game quest panel for the exact payout.
Floor 1 walkthrough (Lord Umberhallow BLOXikin)
Floor 1 is the best-documented floor. The monster here is Seek from DOORS, though at least one schedule places a different monster on Day 1, which suggests the hub floor and the featured-game schedule don’t line up one-to-one.
Find the elevator
According to Allthings.how, the elevator sits behind the cinema lobby. One entrance is blocked, so use the right-hand entrance beside the ticket booth, then press button 1 on the panel.
Clear the floor
- Collect all five puzzle pieces. They don’t have fixed spawns. TechWiser reports that piece locations change every time Seek kills you, so check every corner, staircase and hallway rather than following a video route.
- Find the relic room. It’s the room behind the blue barrier.
- Solve the puzzle board. Interact with the board and arrange the pieces so they connect the starting node to the ending node. Both ends light up when the path is correct. (One guide describes this as rotating purple conduits rather than placing pieces; either way, the goal is a continuous path between the two ends.)
- Claim the relic.
- Run back to the elevator without getting caught.
Finishing Floor 1 earns the Lord Umberhallow BLOXikin, a shoulder accessory, plus an exclusive badge, as confirmed by both Beebom and Sportskeeda.
Floor 2 walkthrough (Witches Brew-Nado)
Floor 2 is themed around Dandy’s World. Coverage is thinner here, so expect gaps.
- In the hub, take the elevator and select Floor 2.
- Avoid the Twisted Dandy, which chases you through the maze.
- Find the Dandy’s World puzzle room. TechWiser says the layout changes each visit, but the room usually spawns on the right side of the maze.
- Solve the laser puzzle: once all the lasers hit the middle, pull the lever to release the Second Night Relic.
- Return to the lobby with the relic. If the Twisted Dandy catches you on the way back, you start the floor over.
The reward is the Witches Brew-Nado badge and a UGC accessory. Full step-by-step instructions for the laser alignment weren’t available in the sources we checked, so if you’re stuck on the puzzle itself, read the room in-game: the visual feedback of the lasers reaching the centre is your success signal.
Survival tips that actually help
Use the safe zones
On Floor 1, the puzzle room and the elevator room act as safe zones that the monster can’t enter. Use them to catch your breath, wait for the monster to wander off, and plan your next sweep.
Don’t search and flee at the same time
TechWiser’s advice is simple and worth repeating: it’s easy to miss a piece when you’re rushing. When the monster is near, focus on escaping. When it’s clear, search carefully.
Bank progress early
What you lose on death is reported differently. TechWiser says you restart the puzzle from scratch, while Sportskeeda says you risk losing pieces you’re carrying and recommends placing them on the board when you can. The safe play covers both: drop pieces into the puzzle as soon as you reach the relic room instead of hoarding all five.
Expect layouts to differ from videos
One fan wiki says the puzzle resets nightly and there’s no single fixed solution, while some walkthroughs give a specific route. Because piece and room positions can move between sessions and after deaths, learn the objective rather than a memorized path.
Plan around the deadlines
A new floor unlocks each night up to the October 31 finale. Early launch coverage warned that missing a day could mean missing that day’s encounter, but rewards remain claimable until noon Pacific on November 2. If you fall behind, check which floors the hub still lets you enter, and prioritise the ones you haven’t cleared.
Staying safe while you grind
Everything in The Hollow is earned through normal play inside the official hub and the featured games. Badges and UGC are tied to completing objectives, so there’s nothing to download and no reason to share your account with anyone. Skip any site or video promising “instant” relics or free items; they can’t grant event rewards and are a common route to losing your account.
As more floors open through October 31, expect walkthrough sites to update daily. If what you see in-game differs from a guide, trust the game: Roblox and the participating developers can adjust floors and rewards during a live event.

Frequently asked questions
When does The Hollow end on Roblox? +
The finale is scheduled for October 31, 2026, and rewards can be claimed until noon Pacific on November 2, 2026, according to coverage of Roblox's official announcement. One older guide listed November 9, but that predates the announcement and should be treated as outdated.
Do the puzzle pieces in The Hollow always spawn in the same place? +
No. Guides report that the five puzzle pieces on Floor 1 move after you are caught, so memorized routes from videos often won't match your run. Search corners, staircases and hallways methodically instead.
What happens if the monster catches me in The Hollow? +
You lose your progress on that floor. Sources differ on the details: some say the whole puzzle restarts, others say you mainly lose pieces you are still carrying, so place pieces on the board as soon as you can.
Do I have to play every day to get all The Hollow rewards? +
A new maze floor unlocks each night through the October 31 finale. Launch coverage warned that missing a day could mean missing that day's encounter, but rewards stay claimable until November 2, so check the hub for floors you can still enter.
